Hiring process

What to expect

Two interviews at most, decisions within three weeks, and feedback for every shortlisted candidate.

Application review

Two committee members score every application against the posted criteria.

First interview

30 minutes with the hiring manager — English or Ruáingga, your choice.

Panel conversation

A practical exercise and a meeting with the team you would join.

Offer & onboarding

Written offer with pay band, then onboarding with a mentor from day one.
